Meet Brandy, The Innovator Behind Ires
My name is Brandy White Elk, and I'm the Broker/Owner of Innovative Real Estate Strategies. When I started out in the Las Vegas Real Estate market over a decade ago, I had no idea I'd one day run one of the most successful short sales teams in the Las Vegas Valley. Years later, through much hard work and dedication, I'm proud that IRES boasts a strong and profitable REO department, an aggressive and growing investor portfolio, and a productive property management division.
But what I'm most proud of goes beyond the numbers and our impressive growth. I want the people we work with to fall in love with where they live, which is why I measure our success by how many families we're able to help. Our clients aren't just a transaction to us. We want to be their partners for life, and I'm happy to say that our clients often become part of the IRES extended family.
That's the idea that grounds our company culture: we're focused on people first. When I founded IRES, I didn't want to build a traditional brokerage. I wanted to help our agents build their wealth in all areas of their lives. That success is paid forward, as our agents provide long-term, life-line support to our clients.
