Prior to joining IRES, Olga Ginez was retired for 10 years and traveled in her RV with her dogs, Elsa May and Joe Low. Prior to retirement, she was the Insurance Licensing Administrator for M Benefit Solutions and M Financial for 20 years. She applied for and maintained licenses, corporate filings, carrier appointments, continuing education for 30+ agents and 8 companies at any given time, interacting with the Corporations Divisions, Insurance Departments, Securities Divisions, and insurance carriers in all 50 states, in addition to writing compliance and training manuals. She is most proud of having become an expert in her field, creating, organizing, and maintaining a database of over 100,000 lines of information.
As an agent at IRES, Olga Ginez has spent the past year learning about the business of real estate and the culture of IRES and helping her clients. She specializes in the 55+ community and helps them get into the homes of their dreams. Her attention to detail will ensure that every transaction will close as quickly, efficiently, and flawlessly as possible.
Olga is passionate about whales, in particular humpbacks and greys. She has traveled to Laguna San Ignacio, Mexico, three times to spend time in the lagoon with the greys and spent an entire summer in Telegraph Cove, British Columbia, where she went on 44 whale-watching trips and quickly learned to identify individual humpbacks by their flukes. She also spent 8 winter breaks volunteering for Whale Watching Spoken Here on the Oregon Coast to help visitors spot whales out in ocean by their blow.
She loves being part of the IRES family because that means she gets the opportunity to work with an awesome team and leader where all the members truly support one another. She loves that we are all swimming in the same direction, to do our best for ourselves, for our clients whom we serve, and for IRES.
