Office Manager/Licensed Agent
Prior to joining IRES, Charlene Mancino worked in the real estate industry for the past 13 years. She started in Ohio as a marketing coordinator and executive assistant to the Broker for one of the largest real estate companies in town. Upon moving to Las Vegas she worked as a transaction coordinator for one of the valley’s Top REO agents and was there for 5 years.
As Office Manager at IRES, Charlene has spent the past year assisting with multiple departments in streamlining and implementing office policies and procedures to assist our staff and agents. She will always ensure that the agents are informed and assisted in the operations of the office and the office is running smoothly.
Charlene is passionate about her family and friends and spends almost every weekend with her son at the baseball field.
She loves being part of the IRES family because that means she gets to work with agents and support staff that treat their clients like family. The families they serve are not just a number; everyone here truly cares that each family has the best possible experience.
